Sure Claim Roofing went the extra mile to undertake extensive negotiations with my insurance company, including multiple trips to the house to take video, meet the insurance adjusters and provide evidence of storm damage and finally get the roof covered under a storm damage claim. Other local roofing companies had attempted to assist me in filing insurance claims without success but Sure Claim was able to successfully get the insurance company to provide coverage. Kudos to Sure Claim for getting that done. After getting the insurance claim approved they quickly replaced the roof using top quality materials and skilled labor, repairing several spots of damaged tech shield decking and replacing the roof in one day. I have since sold the house, but the new roof performed properly with no problems and no need for any additional or recall work while being exposed to several major rain events. 100% satisfied customer.
